Steps to Meditation

Today time we realize it’s not that easy to sit and meditate. The body needs to prepare itself for it, and that’s why in the 8 limbs of yoga order; we start with postures with breath practices, drawing our senses inwardly, and then concentrate and with the grace of all enter the realm of meditation = Dhayana.

It’s not so simple to enter that realm, in the west we think we just sit and meditate, but in the real scriptures the meditation needs preparation. and so we will try to step those steps to reach there according to the tradition of yoga.
