“Practice Practice Practice and all is coming,” says the yoga masters, It means, continue don’t stop.
For doing that, you have to have trust in the path and the masters that brought you this beautiful way of life.
To continually practice, you need willpower and patience because daily practice needs your daily attention, on the mat and beyond it.
This path leads you to know who you are.
While life’s nature is an ongoing changing process, inside of you there is something permanent.
The beauty in this tradition is that you are not following a master or a way that is written, but, you are following a path with your self-experience,
which gives you your own indication if it works for you, and develops you into a new level of you.
So, we can be thankful for how truthful this way of life is.
“Master your breath, let the self be in bliss, contemplate on the sublime within you”. Krishnamacharya
