“Practice Practice Practice and all is coming,” says the yoga masters, It means, continue, don’t stop.
For doing that, you have to have trust in the path and the masters that brought you to this beautiful way of life.
To continually practice, you need willpower and patience because daily practice needs your daily attention.
This path leads you to know who you are.
While life’s nature is an ongoing changing process, inside of you there is something permanent.
The beauty in this tradition is that even if you are following a master or a way that is already written, you are following a path with your self-experience,
which gives you an indication if it works for you, and elevate you into a new level of you.
So, we can be thankful for how truthful this way of life is.
“Master your breath, let the self be in bliss, contemplate on the sublime within you”. Krishnamacharya
